We enjoyed our 9 months at Riviera Terrace. The apartments are very spacious for the price. They are kept in good condition, and the office staff and maintenence are quick with requests. You get assigned parking spaces which is a plus. The only downfall is that there are only a few apartments with washers and dryers, and those apartments have waiting lists, so the majority of the comlpex uses the laundromat. We had a little damage with the hurricanes of last year, but they handled it quickly. Overall, quiet, and a great place.
