I lived at Riviera for 2 years, and I got out at the right time. The manager that was there for a few years was great, she kept the place up great, we saw her out all the time making sure things were ok. As of June or July we got a new "manager" if that's what she is supposed to be. She is young, she dresses like she is at a nightclub with her breasts just about falling out, she really does not take care of the place as the older manager did, we NEVER see her out on property. When I would go into the office she and her whole staff were just sitting around doing nothing. This was most every time I would go in for something. Coincidence' Maybe this is why it took 2 weeks to get my dishwasher fixed, and I have other friends who are living here whom have had the same treatment.

The man in the office who is the office assistant is about as personable as a tree, and is quite rude. Pray you don't have to go to him for something.

When the maintenance people get around to it, they at least do a decent job most of the time, but only after calling 2 or 3 times. The staff changes in here quite a bit, mostly the maintenance people, it's like a revolving door.

Our washer and dryers, another issue they went up on them for what' There is always at least 3 or 4 broken washers and dryers all the time, but we have to pay out the nose for it. I would think if the manager took more initiative to take better control of the place it may be more pleasant for the residents.

All in all the apartment complex itself is very nice, it's clean. If they would just make some staff changes it could be better. Or just bring back the former manager, she was good. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I agree... I used to work here, lot's of backstabbers, liars, whom were supposed to be co workers and friends. Now I'm at a nice place where we all get along. And we TAKE CARE OF EACHOTHER AND OUR RESIDENTS. Get rid of the office staff and one of the maintenance morons (name starts with a "J")and it will be a great place...

You probally was evicted! The staff is great! And it sounds like the last person to leave a comment was fired or a obviously scorned employee! It's horrible to make up things that are not true! I like living here!!!
