I lived here a little over a year. I loved this place! The staff was great except the old man in the office. He was Never friendly! We did get a new manager, she was more plesant then the old one, but I am not sure what the other people wrote on here. She was young yes, but plesent and always dressed in a suit and professional! The maintenence guys are great and prompt! We got another manager, the guy is ok but I miss the last one! Move here! The best place in Palmbay!

No she, the manager is a male actually. No female staff at all here. The management is getting worse.
