This place could be a nice place to live if it wasn't for the management. Management does as little as possible to keep the place up or repair things to either boost their profit margin or due to just plain laziness. Management is totally ineffective on purpose. Whatever is the cheapest deal is best despite the fact that things like the internet/TV carrier still doesn't have it right and despite numerous complaints, residents are told there is nothing they can do. No consistent maintenance as they keep leaving due to the conditions with the management. Maintenance is inexperienced and repairs have to be made repetitively. Management is just taking up space as they do nothing for the residents but waste or time and money. Place has a problem keeping people after a year due to the treatment they receive drom management.

I can relate to that about the maintenance getting treated like crap and leaving. I loved it there, but left because the manager at the time was a jerk(name began with an S). otherwise it was a nice place. Well the pay was not great, but when I was there I worked for it...
