You can hear your neighbor fart

I lived here for a year, the apartments were ok in condition but you could hear everything about your neighbor below. Not next door, but above or below. My neighbor knew what I watched on TV, what music I listened to, everything. Also, I could hear him having sex and talking on the phone. I am not a loud person, and I don't think either was he, just no insulation between apartments. Apartment was clean and had decent appliances when I moved in. Maintenance and office staff were quick with problems (only had one, the dishwasher had water in the bottom of it) Oh yeah, and the bedroom NEVER got warm from the heater.
