The review below couldnt be more correct. I heard everything that was going on in the apartment above, but absolutely nothing from next to me. Its not a big deal until you try to sleep at night. I have to sleep with a fan on all night/every night to block the noise from the guy above me snooring. Thank god they are older people and dont party at night, cause if they did I would be screwed and would definitley consider breaking my lease despite the penalty.
Its really ashame too because other than that there really isnt anything to complain about.
Wish the engineers/owners wouldnt have went so cheap on the ceiling/floor insulation.
