Nice size apartments, for the price. Nice floorplans. Great parking area. Pool gets flooded during very rainy times and it takes a LONG time for maintenance to get it cleaned out and usable again. Bit of a pest control problem. Also managers weren't very firm on the quiet hours policy, need to crack down on noise pollution.
