My air conditioner was broken for almost four weeks i was told a part was on the way and it arrived the day after I went to the office and asked if I paid to have the unit fixed can I take it out of my next months rent. They came and "fixed" my ac unit but it still doesnt cool down past 80 during the day. In both of the stairwells someone keeps urinating my neighbors german shepard puppy is always loose and is unsocialized so it barks at everyone who passes someone will more than likely be bitten when it reaches adult hood. I also had a neighbor behind me come and knock on my door to see if I witnessed someone break into their apartment since I have been living here there have been three shootings I have heard about. Everytime I walk pass my neighbors house I smell marijuana. I can also hear when my neighbors television everynight.
