The grounds are beautiful although extremely wet at times due to the sprinkler system. The residents have all been very pleasant and the convenience to stores is very helpful for a walker. The only negatives; the office staff leaves much to be desired and is often rude and unpleasant according to many of the tenants. Also, the units are older and some are in disrepair with railings on the balconies rusted so badly that they do not adhere to the building. There are weak spots in the floor and the concrete areas leading to the doors of each unit are dirty and stained. My lease is up this month and I am moving to another complex in the area with a friendlier management staff and newer units.
