(user photo) look at the rust and mold from the leaks (user photo) this is how matinence left my sons room when they came to fix his closet. He had nowhwere to sleep.

Rude office staff that lies, incompetent maintence, too high of rent for what's worth

Maintence has to come back many times because they do not fix it right the first time. If one returns home before 5pm parking is fine, but after 5pm you may have to park 3 buildings down. Office staff can not get their stories straight and not too bright. Plus all of them have a rude attitude. The rent is too high for what the aparment is worth, try to rent on a promotion when the rent is cheaper.
