On the surface when you first look at this property it seems nice enough. It's only after you move in that you realized what a mistake you have made. As prior people have noted maintenance is incompetent usually taking at least 2 times to repair something. Just an example of their inadequacy: My overhead kitchen light went out and I made a phone call and no one came. The next day I called again and finally they sent someone over. The guy came in and said "I hope you have a ladder because I don't have one". Why would a maintenance man come to change kitchen ceiling light bulbs without the right tools'''
I've had a roof leak since before the recent hurricanes which finally resulted in an actual hole in the ceiling. Six weeks and many complaints later it's still there. I complained of the smell of mold and mildew. The manager came with one of the maintenance guys came in and assessed the damage but said there was no mold. Mind you, the manager was standing on the floor and just looking at the hole and the maintenance man got on a ladder and looked up into the hole without even a flashlight and said that he didn't see any mold. DUH!
I guess not it's dark up there. They have no idea if there is mold there. I'm allergic to it and I can smell it.
Dogs run loose constantly. I've been chased twice by pit pulls. People who don't live or even know any one here come and use the pool area, leaving beer cans everywhere.
My car was in perfect condition before living here. Now there are so many dings and scratches that I will have to get the car touched up when I leave here.
Management and staff are not very receptive and make you like you are an idiot if you complain about something.
You may save some cash with their promos but it is not worth it. I'd live in a cave before I lived here again.
