I lived in the Vinings for a year - during that time my water heater stopped working... I called them at 10 a.m. - when I got home from work at 5:30 it still was not fixed. I called to find out what was going on and they said they had something else come up and they would be by tomorrow. I think 2 days without hot water is rediculous.

This event is typical of the maintenace at the Vinings. My screen door had been off since the Hurricanes - I repeatedly asked them to fix it; nothing was ever done.

I had noise problems with the people below me.. Bass pumping through the floor - I called the Police several times and alerted the management to the problem - it got better but it was still an issue.

I did like the discount they gave for Major employers in the area, but that was about the only decent thing I have to say.

The Vinings was below par and I wouldn't recommend it unless you are looking for somewhere close to work and something cheap.
