Not the best, but OK. I rate best on my experiance going on 2yrs.

Pros:
Near everything.
Nice staff, for the most part.
Large Company Discount.
Gym and Laundry open 24hrs
Lit Tennis Court.

Con:
I've had stuff stolen 3 times
Trash overflow
Takes two or three times for repairs to be done right.
Gym could use an update.
must request bug spray like twice a month.

If it was like 100 buck cheaper it would be right on the money. If you can find a place that's cheaper and gives you free cable that would make them about the same. I plan on finishing my lease and leaving, to save money, otherwise not a bad place.
