Obnoxious neighbors/Poor Management

I lived at the Vinings for a total of 6 months....6 months too long! After numerous attempts to rectify a volatile situation between myself and the neighbors upstairs and a management who suggested wearing,"ear-plugs" to deaden the noise they were making at 3 & 4 am 4-5 nights a week , I was forced to pay additional moving charges, pet fees, utility hook-ups, ANOTHER security deposit to move into a peaceful environment. The Vinings knew of my situation and promised they would not allow things to continue. They did and I moved. I would not recommend living at the Vinings unless you aren't bothered by obnoxious neighbors waking you up at all hours of the night, a free-rent cop who does absolutely nothing when you call to complain or management who won't even have the common decency to come over to see how loud they really are and suggest you're "just sensitive to noise" when you complain.
Also a DVD mysteriously disappeared out of my apartment and cannot be found ANYWHERE.
