This was the worst place we have ever lived. The grounds are beautiful and fool you. We hated our apt from the moment we stepped into it. Unfortuantely, we were not allowed to see the apt until After we signed the lease. Sunlight never came in, the entire apt was dark and gloomy all day, all year round. The bathrooms were old and crummy. We couldn't get rid of the roaches, they kept coming back even thought the exterminator visited several times. There were two floods in our apt; one from the water heater from upstairs and it flooded down thru our ac unit. It took maintenance two days to fix that problem correctly. The carpet was never cleaned or replaced for us. Another time the toilet broke and flooded the area. The carpet wasn't cleaned, just the water sucked up and the carpet wasn't replaced, either. The rent is too high considering that something or the other is always breaking and nothing is fixed properly. The staff is phony and inconsiderate. maintenance is slow to respoond, if they do show up. New fire alarms were installed and they rang for two weeks striaght. people could not stay in their apts and the staff did not care. Don't move here, you will regret it. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
