Rather noisey

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
The manager had her good days and her bad. Maintenance is ok. Lots of tire screeching, loud music (mostly bass), and late night parties in the parking lot. There are kids that live here, but there are also some very loud tenants, as well. Had some bug issues (mostly ants and spiders). Mostly an ok place, but not recommended for those that want peace and quiet.
