My 1 year lease is almost up, and I couldn't be more anxious to move.(and i hate moving) Very loud, neighbors playing music very late at night(or early in the morning). Fridge is always leaking, air-conditioner does not turn off, stove looks like easy-bake oven. A/C is not central, No dishwasher, washer/dryer, pool, or fitness center. Cannot get regular cable company for this area due to management's contract with other cable company. They have a monthly exterminator that did not prevent invasion of red ants, led to mid-night fumagation at my own expense. Other apartments offer much more, with less hassle.
