Great Place to Live - My husband and I lived in The Vinings from 1997-2001 and we loved it! We had a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath apt. on the 3rd floor overlooking the lake. We have been through multiple property managers and currently have a new one as of last week. He seems nice but this place has had terrible issues with maintenance. The police are in here a lot and the new managment said he is attempting to clean the place up.

A Definite No! Mold everywhere and overflowing dumpsters. Underside of kitchen cabinets flaking off on to the counter top every time you shut a cabinet door. I did a mold wipe down on the inside of the closet and inside the drawers and cabinets every month. Noise and loud music all night. Ear plugs
