Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I've lived here for four months now - it was a good deal. No deposit required at the time which was important to me. Occasionally noisy, but neighbors are respectful if yu speak up. Two gyms with complementary personal trainer and free cable are bonuses. I consider this a stop over to something better eventually, but i'm satisfied I'm getting a good value.
