I can't believe some of these reviews. Are you sure we are talking about the same Gardens East' This place is great! Prices are reasonable staff is friendly, maintenance is reliable and the place is pet friendly. I went to the other communities around here and they were over priced and not as nice. I saw for myself and got the hell out of there as fast as I could. Awful awful awful. I felt dirty just being there. Low lives live in this place. The train rattles the apartment I was shown. It is depressing and I wouldn't live there if they gave it to me for nothing!

This place is disgusting. V-E-R-Y low class. Dirty, noisy filled with thugs. We were shown this place and were trying to get out of the office before the agent came in but were not fast enough. We went thru the motions and almost puked when we left. Absolutely disgusting. Not only wouldn't we live there if they gave it to us for nothing, but they couldn't PAY us to live there! Horrible.
