My husband and I, newly empty nesters, looking to downsize our lifestyle, but not to the extent of what we found at this complex. Of the two apartments that were being used for potential renters, the first one was so filthy we could not believe they brought us in. They kept telling us to be assured that everything would be fine when we took the place. The next one had 'already been cleaned' and it smelled so bad that I thought perhaps the sewer was backing up into the apartment. It was so bad, I didn't even finish the tour and the guide had the nerve to act like he didn't smell anything at all! We jumped in our car and drove away, never looking back.
