Montecito ROCKS!! i have been here for a year now and it is a wonderful place. When you renew your lease they actually come over and clean your carpet! I have never had any problems with the community and i don't plan on leaving any time soon. This is a great place to live!

2005-2006 Horrible...You wanna buy some crack?
I got asked this one night walking into my apartment. Walls are paper thin and management is rude and snobby. Maintenance people are completely incompetent and quite frankly I don't think they can keep up with all the repairs. Atleast once a week

Good Deal... I've lived here for four months now - it was a good deal. No deposit required at the time which was important to me. Occasionally noisy, but neighbors are respectful if yu speak up. Two gyms with complementary personal trainer and free cable are bonuses. I consider this a stop
