Great place to live - I have lived at Meadowbrook for almost 2 years and it is a great place to live. It is very quiet,clean,grounds are well maintained,residents are friendly and it is patrolled by 24 hr. security. The walls are solid contruction so you can't hear your neighbor and they can't hear you. Great Place! I have lived here for 2 months now and love it. I am living in one of the townhomes-so I am not too sure about the apartments. The grounds are kept up nice and the units are fairly well maintained. It is nice and quiet and close to almost everything. I am very pleased with my move

NICE PLACE TO LIVE I have lived at Union Square for 2 years, I never had a problem. Any time something broke, maintance would be out with in 24 hours to fix it. Last summer My AC went out and I called the office and they had maintance out within 5 minutes to fix it.

Cannot recommend at all If you can find other housing, you should do so. Lived here for 2 years hoping it would get better, but just got worse as far as noise, parking, etc. went. Here's hoping you will pass this place by and find somewhere else nicer to live.

Thinly veiled disingenous planted reviews It is so painfully obvious that those 3 reviews were written by those DOLTS in the mgt. office. They are so feckless and incompetent it almost reaches a level of spiritually. Management at San Merano is a contradiction in terms.

great move in i recently moved in and found it to be very easy. the staff was very friendly and helpfull. i did find a few items that needed to be addressed in my unit, but management took care of it right away. i have been there for about a month now and am very happy with my apartment.

Lived here for 2 years Place has been pretty well kept. When the gates break they are fixed quickly, and the place actually does the background check on new residents, unlike some places. Overall no complaints. Minor things, but after living in places that are not that great this place
