This place just amazes me. When I moved in, I was put through the wringer. I guess it's the change in management. A friends of mine knows this guy coming from another complex and into here. This guy is so bad, at the complex he's at, the management tells the residents if he knocks on their door, and he will, to just call the police. Why didn't the Fountains check this guy out with the place he's currently at' He's moving into a 3rd floor, so he'll be able to watch everything that goes on. My friend tells me the building he currently lives in can't wait for him to move, I'm sorry we just signed a lease and are stuck for another 10 months. Not looking forward to having another creep/freak move in. Unless you are a creep or freak, this definitely doesn't sound like a good place. From what I've heard, I wouldn't have children around him.
