I never really had a bad experience with the residents or maintenance. I had issues with the office staff. I lived there from May of 2006 until May of 2007. We had to walk past a retention pond in which an alligator lived. The alligator would smack his tail at us as we walked past him (which was our only exit out of the apartment.) Called the office numerous times about it and they wouldn't have it removed, they treated me like I was stupid for calling. I understand it's FL and you're going to have alligators, but when it's over 6ft and smacking it's tail at my children and myself then you would think they would have acted... bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
