Should you decide not to read the other comments on here, you should know you will always see garbage outside the trash compactor. This is the managements' fault. If they wouldn't let the trash move in with all this free rent stuff, they would get decent people who know how to throw their garbage out. Putting the garbage just inside the compactor will not get your garbage down the tunnel, unless a thoughtful person who comes in behind you decides to push your stinky garbage down along with theirs. When the compactor does get backed up because of this, you are then forced to pile your garbage up along with all the others who have decided to throw out furniture and anything else they don't want in their apartment.
Garbage is just one of the problems, I agree with the writer before about the noise, all you get from the office is "common apartment noise". Yes, it would be common if you had decent people living around you, which you won't. Parking is a nightmare, if you come in after 10 at night, try finding a place to park near your home and the "street" lights are always out and they don't repair them, even after repeated requests. The maintainence guys are good, but they can only do so much with their limited funds. Good Luck. Look elsewhere.
