Tons of better options in imediate area.. ROOF LEAKS From: TiskTisk Date posted: 11/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Roofs leak and they dont repair them. Thats wonderful when it rains almost daily in the summer.. The manager spends 90% of her time on her cell phone which isnt a bad thing I guess since she seems totally incompitent. I assume they keep her on because they aren't paying her well. The constant turn over of apartments there is horrendous. They will move in anybody that is breathing because they are always under preasure to keep it filled up. Meaning you have no idea what lives nextdoor. The gates ( if u can call those stupid poles gates) are either not functioning or laying on the ground most of the time. I can understand why they are always desperate and running "specials" because there are so many better options in the area. The apartments themselves are over priced for the area and for what they are.
