I would suggest buying a house or renting somewhere else! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   My husband and I have lived here for three years. At first I LOVED IT!!! All of a sudden Greystar buys out this place and they re-do the siding AGAIN (it was literally JUST DONE last year) and turn it a hideous green color. I can only imagine what they are going to charge us in December...They close the pool for absolutely no reason. Our lease is up in December and if we find something else before hand we are out - I'm done. The only good thing about this place is John Friend - he is amazing. The new maintenance people who come every WEdnesday are very inconsiderate and blow crap all over my deck. Its ridiculous - plus there is dog crap all over the place, it doesn't matter how many times you send out that memo...no one listens!! OH AND a guy got robbed at gun point a few months back - just broke in and robbed him!
