I am so sorry I didn't check the reviews before I moved in here. We have been here since december 07 and it has been pretty bad from the beginning! The bug problem is just the worst thing ever!! We have two small children and our 2 year old was waking up daily covered in bites. Orkin comes every week just to attempt to maintain the problem which isn't really working! The parking is awful, we are the foolish people who moved in under a stairwell, and the noise is just terrible! But to be honest we could live with all of it if the bugs weren't so overwhelming. A lady in a previous review said it all... its as if she moved out of the apartment I'm living in. At night its like bug warfare outside your front door with flying cockroaches, literally you have to run in or they'll get in right behind you. Overall, this place is just a big disappointment it sends a vibe of a nice east lake area place don't be fooled!
