We lived there in 06. The apartments and the property were beautiful. Parking was terrible and I swear the maintenance man across from us was dealing drugs..AND he would freak out and scream and yell in the breezeway or with his door open. The girl under us would blair techno music almost every night. It sounded like it was coming from our guest bedroom it was so loud.. Other than that It was great.

What makes you think he was dealing drugs? Was it just because of the way he looked or did you see him exchanging money for narcotics? I wouldn't make an accusation like that without some sort of explanation, these are real people after all. Did you contact the manager or the police? If you are willing to write something negative about a person on the internet at least explain more or contact a real authority to handle it please.
