Moved in to a 2 bedroom on the first floor 10 months ago. Complex is very quiet and clean with lots of shade. Rent is reasonable and I really like the staff. I'm surprised that there have been so many poor reviews when I've had a very positive experience. I've had two small issues in my apartment and the workers took care of them the same day. Neighbor was not picking up after his dog and I contacted the office about it, the manager called him the same day and he has cleaned up ever since. I will stay until I buy a home.

Wait till the pipes in your bathroom explode as they've done in mine (twice in the last 16 months) and the folks that live in the front 2BR apt also.
Again, my issue isn't the exploding pipes. It's that it took them over 30
minutes to locate the main valve and turn off the water. Am I missing something here or don't you feel that the maintenance staff should know where the valve cutoffs are?

I'm glad someone else has had a favorable experience, I was beginning to think maybe I was in the Twilight Zone or something else...I've had maintenance issues too, but they have always been prompt and curteous and cleaned up after they left. I even had one maintenance man bring a vacuum and vacuum up after himself...I was very impressed! ...To billhoyler: aren't they in the process of putting in all new pipes in all the apartments? I admit that there have been issues with the plumbing, but it looks like they are really trying to fix it

Your experience varies depending on your personality with the staff. If you are outgoing and are positive they treat you good. Unfortunately the way it works with customer service usually. They don't honestly empathize with you. Because when something goes wrong you are upset. Problems vary depending on your neighbors and the building you live in. Closer to the front less problems or all the way straight back. The 70-90 apartments have some drug users and drunks in there.
