This is the first apartment I have lived in 25 years. They do not take care of the grounds or the tenants. Charging for trash removal from your apartment is a real joke. When I moved here I had to prove my earnings; either 1800 a month or 15,000 in my bank account. They obviously do not do that now! When my lease is up, I am moving; just like many of my neighbors.

I don't know what 2rosebuds is talking about. I moved in approximately 5 months ago and absolutely love it! The apartments have a quaint New England feel to them. I love all the oak trees and the fact that I can plant flowers in my own little plot of property outside my door. This is the first apartment that I have lived in that did not feel like an apartment. So, in essence, I disagree completely. I plan to renew!
