Not the best place to live! This is the first apartment I have lived in 25 years. They do not take care of the grounds or the tenants. Charging for trash removal from your apartment is a real joke. When I moved here I had to prove my earnings; either 1800 a month or 15,000 in my bank account.

mold, mold, mold Well maintenance sucks! The office management are __________. --- was nice. Terrible ac problems. Very bad mold problems. Talked to neighbors and they had it to. The management said they were not going to fix it. Basically they paint over it when someone new moves in.
