I recently moved into the Falls of Pembroke and am extremely pleased with how i was treated during my move in process. Never before have I been treated like such a Queen. Daniel went out of his way to make sure that everything was in perfect order for me. Everyone knows what a horror moving can be and Daniel made it so that the transition for me was effortless. I am writing this because I know people usually take the time to complain when they dont have a good experience, but never take the time to give credit where it is due. Daniel is someone who knows what he is doing and knows what it means to provide customer service. As a matter of fact, I must say that all of the staff there deserves a pat on the back, because there were times when I called there for some information, and a young lady who i think her name is Annie, was so helpful to me that I just couldnt believe it. I guess it makes a difference when you really like your job, and I must say that these two people really do love it! A BIG thumbs up to the Falls Of Pembroke and their leasing team.
