Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Never, ever even think about living/renting at Falls Of Pembroke.
My two years at this place were a nightmare!
FALSE advertisment BELOW par service(repairs etc) In fact when we moved in carpet was soiled, we reported it, and exit interview we were charged for replacing it!!! Talking with others similiar events happened. One person had to replace carpet by themselves and were still charged extra'' Pool unclean/slimmy bottom..
DRUG gangs gather at night! I feared for wife and young childrens safety at night!
burlaries and murders on property... the managers keep you away from that news, TALK TO THOSE that live in your area!! PLEASE some of staffs/managers families live there also!! 600 & 800 block the WORSE!!, although I've heard nightmare stories from residents in 900 block/ all blocks NW 141st AVE!!

Look else where, don't let managers hoodwink you on a sunday or mid-day stroll through area! DEMAND off hour viewing FIRST!! and ride by different days/times!!
