You will sign a lease when you move in here, but the rental office will never make you abide by it, especially if you pay a high rent. the more rent you pay, the more you seem to get away with. There are residents here that have never registered their pets with the rental office and have never paid pet deposits. There are people in "Pet Free" buildings that own pets. Others might report you, but the office don't care. Children run free and destroy the property, their parents expect others to take care of them. You will never get to enjoy the pool ever! There will always be unsupervised children and teens hanging out and being a public nuisance, you can complain to the office, but they do not care. We were told that this place was very safe and secure. The entrance gate has been broke more than it has worked and it stays open long enough that 3 vehicles can get thru at one time. It has a sensor so if you do get tailgated in, and the gate starts to close, the sensor will detect the other car and let it in anyway. So, hopefully, you are not trying to get away from someone who means you harm. The pedestrian gate has been broken for about 3 months now, with NO attempt at reparing it. In fact, teens from outside the "gated community" walked in and stole the security guard's golf cart. The fire alarm went off for a building a few weeks ago and the night security guard asked the number, this is serious and sincere, he asked the number for 911. The garbage dumpster is overflowing so often that at any given night there are about 10-12 cats that are there tearing open bags and making it an even worse mess. And just in case that does not make you sick, then the fact that at about dusk, you can stand quietly and watch rats migrate into the dumpster area. Please, for the safety of yourself, your children and your family, go elsewhere!! And don't let them fool you into moving into Falls at Marina Bay, that is a sister property and is run by the same people. Please, protect yourself!!
