I have lived at the Falls of Pembroke for 5 years. When I first moved in it was still being built and fresh and new. The Staff was great very nice, helpfull and courteous. Over the years I have been here I have noticed a big decline in service and management. They had a big change in the management which brought this place down to low grade living. The jacuzzi is mostly dirty and not working I have to go and use another places jacuzzi in order to relax after a hard day. Lets talk about the murder, The gangs that hang out and make it look like a slum,The drugs and the people that sell them here. I myself was accosted by one of them as they tried to steal my camera as I was taking a photo of the clubhouse. Shall I go on''' Yes I shall, I was also verbally accousted by the spanish ---- that runs this place which also Embarrassed me in in front of my visiting family.(You really want to live here''') at this point in time they are moving in Undesirables which lessens the High class living area in which I thought I was paying for. All of my good friends that I have met here over the years have vanished because of the decline of everything which I have posted but I am thankfull for all of the good people that I have met here and still keep in contact with. In ending summey the Falls of Pembroke could again be a nice place to live if they reevaluate the problems they are facing and change the management. Will not recommend, Thanks for listing
