They lost the papers I signed and now are attacking after moveout!

I recently moved out to move to another state due to a job emergency. Well, I signed papers more than month before. They lost my forms, told me the file was locked up after dismissing an employee (blaming her-ROSA). Next, they sent me a bill for more than $2,000 than the form I signed. I am trying to cope with this apartment and the staff's attitude. They leave you on hold, or state they don't know anything. They were real nice on move in, and real nasty on move-out. I could not recommend this facilities due to poor management and lies.
