This has been the worst experience I have ever had in a rental community. We have had had fraud committed against us by a former employee of the Falls (Daniel was really good, all right - at conning several families out of their move in fees). Luckily, we had receipts and copies of everything, because they certainly were clueless. Once this was discovered, the property manager (whoever it was that week), promised us that she would have several problems (a stained countertop, a faulty circuit that sparks)corrected within the week. It has been a month and a half and none of our complaints have been addressed. They lose your paperwork, including your lease, and then expect you to do a little dance and get yourself over to the office to fix the problem. And do you know how they get you to come in' They leave a letter at your door after 6pm (oh - they are cowards too) threaten you with a 3 day notice to pay an erroneous amount or to vacate the premises. They don?t bother picking up the phone and talking to you about whatever questions they may have. If you ask me, they are terrorists on a smaller scale. They have been harrasing us now for the last 2 months and we've had it. My husband and I are considering a law suit against these people and I?m sure it could become a class action lawsuit because I know there are other individuals who feel the same way. If we are forced to pursue legal action we will make sure that the media (print and TV) are notified about what is happening at the Fall of Pembroke.
