They are really nice when you move in, then turn to be very strict on collecting rent, and not fixing things.
Once you want to move, they try everything to keep your deposit. They charge for any little thing. If you dispute the charges, they don't pick the telephone, or keepon hold or transfer you around to different people. They try to ware you out, so you forget the deposit.
They are snakes.
