Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
It's BEEN nearly 6 months since we moved out.
AND NO return of PET DEPOSIT, RENT DEPOSIT.
NO one returns CALL or ANSWERS MAIL SENT.
even while living there, there was concern for safety, break&enterings odf apartments, vandalism of our auto and others, AND BEDROOM window was unable to lock/secure for over 1 year!
DON't move in, worst orf worse/
