I moved out in February and it is now June 21st and I still do not have my security deposit back. I have called 23 times and have written 5 letters (I have a log). Management will not come to the phone when I call and will not respond to my letters. They are always out of the office. Nice jobs! I get the impression that they think people will get tired of calling and will forget about their deposits. The employees are obviously very unhappy and frustrated. I have recently reported them to the Broward County Consumer Affairs Division, so I know I will be getting my money soon.

When I moved there, I was very impressed with the place. I judged it by the beautiful front office and pool area, but as I started walking around and looking around, I realized that the place is a dump. Don't be fooled by the front office. The buildings need to be painted and the landscape is run down. I thought I was bettering my self by moving there, but it is nothing but an expensive glorified dump. When they come to repair something in your apartment it takes them at least 4 times to get it right.
