Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
never again!
this place is the pits!
slums of pembroke should be the title.
and the management never responds in timely pace to needed repairs and try to get your deposit back;
we were here for 1 year, and it's been as long and still no reply for our returned deposit!
