This place looks absolutely gorgeous from the outside, but let me tell from the point of a residence whom lived there for too long from 2001-03, this place is corrupted. Rosa was fired due to corruption and a 10k misplacement of funds, there was an asassination of a known drug dealer, man there is so drug money pouring in and out of this place. This would have made the front page of the Miami Herald with a week long report if reported. They have one security guard whom does his best. They do not run background checks, and maybe this is why drug lords have been able to take residence. I had 3 children there, and believe, after constantly running in the ecstacy drugged up kids, I have had enough. And as far as management, they have overturnt that staff a dozen times. The girl that is running that place was once the secretary to Rosa, explain that.

I live here and have yet to see police here on a call. Maybe you are upset over something with management as most of what you wrote attacks them. They are not the friendliest people, especially if you are not Spanish but you could have moved after your first year was up and not renewed again for a second year if you had such a bad experience.

No. I lived there from 1998-2001 when building G was first built. It was nice at first but gangs started moving in, people ran down that place, and the management was a mess. There are a few good people there but overall, it has become a trash dump. I only moved out because we bought a house. Besides, the police were always there telling people to turn their music down, to stop domestic abuse, and arrested people for drug use. Be real and stop trying to say if a person isn't Spanish that they are haters. I am spanish and the spanish there are disrespectful and a disgrace to spanish people everywhere.

calvary893- What building are you living in that you are fortunate enough to have never seen a police car? How did you sleep through the helicopter circling the complex a few months ago at 1am when a kid got shot? There were about 10 police cars, a crime unit, an ambulance, search dogs, and a swat team with guns pounding on a neighbors door?! The latest shooting occured in front of building 16, and the murder before that was one building up from that. Last week, the police were here busting a group of kids getting high by the lake. My car now has a bullet hole in the bumper. I'm not exaggerating here- I have no issues with the staff. But people deserve to know whether this is a safe place to move with their children.
