When we moved in a few years ago, the pool was cleaned regularly and properly, now it is filthy with mildew and cloudy water most of the time. The jacuzzi is scary and although the grounds are usually kept up well, the last year or so we've have seen more and more ghetto types tossing trash on the ground, tossing chewing gum onto cars and doing drugs in the pool area in the evening. This place is filling up with Crack Heads. Our security officer is actually a courtesy officer and has no authority except to call the police if things get too bad. He's a great guy, but one guy alone can't control the overwhelming crack head population that continues to be the majority now in this complex. The management is okay, only because they probably know me, but the blonde is totally rude and clueless and the rest only react when prodded constantly. I used to think this was a great place to live, now I know that once they turned ghetto, the place will keep deteriorating until they finally sell and make it a condo complex. I'm leaving soon, and I'm glad. For you staffers writing reviews, you aren't fooling anyone, YOU SUCK and we can always tell your level of illiteracy as seen in your comedic newsletters.
