i posted below but felt i needed to say more....
well all i have to say is i moved here from lauderhill area on oakland park blvd. this place is not ghetto compared to oakland park AT ALL. try having drug dealers come up to your car door or stop you in your parking lot to try and sell you drugs or having them actually knock on your door! try having your apt complex locked down because two men who stole a car then shot at the police are hiding out in your building. try having the hurricanes come through last year and your windows all being broken and still not fixed today 9 months later. try having people piss in your hallway and it never being cleaned up or having about 30 stray cats that live in your bushes. that is ghetto. you people must have never seen a real ghetto.

I have lived here for a year and it sucks! I know this place is not as bad as lauderhill, however it is bad here... for what they charge and the rude attitude you get from the day you sign the lease, it is a rip off. Someone has gotten shot here last year, but they try to keep that hush hush. (it happened in front of my house).Also, several peoples homes have gotten broken into. So, if you ask me it is a ghetto and the complete opposite of what the hell they advertise! and p.s. they are raising the rent. So enjoy, because Im out of this hell hole in a couple of weeks.
