Most people that move to a complex that portrays the amenities this place is supposed to have, do not normally come from a ghetto such as the one described in the previous positive. Most affluent people that look for amenities expect them to be functioning and maintained, as well as being able to access them. That is not the case with this place. As for stray cats there are packs of them running this complex. I woke up to cat fights plenty of nights. And as for piss in the hallways, no they piss in the pool test it and see for yourself. This complex took in Katrina victims which is comendable, however I did not move here to live in a refugee camp and have the place run down by the refugees so they feel at home. The place could be wonderful if they put some effort into maintaining it. But they do not so therefore it is a dump.

i previously posted on how i came from the ghetto. i actually moved here from fairfax VA which is one of the richest counties in the united states. when i moved here i had to base everything according to pictures i saw online because i didn't have time to come down and see it in person first. that is how i ended up in the ghetto. i didn't know it was the ghetto until i physically moved in. i didn't know the area at all. anyway, from my own perspective i have to say that from what i've seen so far in south florida (miami to ft lauderdale)most of it (90%)is ghetto compared to where i came from. these apartments aren't bad compared to every other aparment complex within a 20 mile radius.
