the falls are crooks, i am in the coast guard. my wife and i moved out of the falls in march to boston, i got stationed in boston, the day we moved out the rental agent told us that we would be good, we told her that we wanted someone to do a walk-thru and she told us that the maintence guy would do one. We let her know that there was some damage, due to the storms and that we wanted to be upfront with them. no problem, so we left, 2 months later we get a bill for $200.69, and the falls said that we had 30 days to contest the bill, which we did. the falls said that we had to pay. the damages were not due to the storm. anyways they sent us another letter telling us that we had 10 days to pay the bill, they left a number and to contact Lillian Grant (CROOK) i did then she lied to me over the phone, i told her that the 200.69 was in the mail and that i am a military man and i will take care of my debts, and the bill was already in collections. she already turned me and my wife over to collections. DO NOT RENT FROM THE FALLS, they are crooks and liars, and the people that they let live there is crazy
we had the police and fire dept out there all the time and we had a ------- couple stab each other. DO NOT RENT STAY AWAY
they do no kind of background check and they let all kinds of bad people in. DO NOT RENT. liars and crooks and if you like to hear sirans and police all the time go ahead
this place is a ghetto.
