Don't trust anything they say

I lived at the Falls for 4 months. Being an NYC resident it was an opportunity to get away from the harsh winters.
Generally, the staff was very nice but on the most part completely incompetent. Since I lived in a coorporate apartment and nothing was in my name I found it difficult to get anything accomplished. In particular when my cable went out for a week I had to call Comcast to arrange a repair visit and to get a weeks credit. The manager Lillian Gill is one of the biggest phonies I ever meet. Do not trust anything she says. She promised me that she would inform me regarding "why the cable problem" but that was rocket science to her. She was in touch with Comcast and said I would get a response in 10 days. Guess what' Nothing!
When I left I did not give written notice in a certified letter which was a big mistake even though I told every staff member when my wife and I was leaving giving plenty of notice.
This place is so hard up for money that they kept my $500 deposit. They did not notify me for about 2 months what their intentions were which is contrary to Florida law. I still do not know why I owe them over $600.
I can't wait until I get back to Florida so I can sue them for triple damages.
