I USED TO LIVE IN THIS "NICE" COMMUNITY. EVER SINCE I WAS AWAKEN BY GUN SHOTS ONE NIGHT, THINGS REALLY BECAME UGLY. HERE IS THE WORSE PART.
I MOVED OUT NOT TOO LONG AGO AND DID ASK ABOUT THE PROCEDURES OF MOVING OUT. NO ONE SAY ANYTHING. AND NOW I CALLED THEM FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK. THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I OWN THEM 2000 STH DOLLARS. IS THIS A JOKE OR WHAT. AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK. AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE APARTMENT WHAT SO EVER. AND THERE WILL NOT BE ANY KIND OF MANAGEMENT TO SORT ANYTHING OUT. ALL THEY WANT IS $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. THAT IS ALL. THEY ARE NOT AS "NICE" AS THEY LOOKED WHEN YOU 1ST KNOW THEY. THEY ARE ONLY FRIENDLY WITH $$$$$$$$$$$.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT FOOL BY THE LOOK OF THE PLACE OR STAFF. NEVER JUDGE THE BOOK BY THE COVER. OTHERWISE, UR POCKET WILL BE SWOLLOW IN WHOLE. AND BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE CONTRACT, THEY WILL TAKE WHATEVER THEY CAN TO KEEP THE DEPOSIT FOR THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF RETURNING TO NICE RESIDENTS.
PLEASE OPEN UR EYES, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived at the Falls for 4 months. My wife and I are snowbirds from NYC. We had a similar experience with our deposit. However, we contacted Denise Ledister out of Fort Lauderdale consumer affairs and she was able to get our $500 deposit returned.
